• Shoulder pain and stiffness can occur after trivial injuries and end up with stiff and painful shoulder more at night (FROZEN SHOULDER), more commonly in Diabetics.
  • Inability to lift the arm or very painful movement after injury can be suggestive of fracture of the shoulder, rotator cuff (muscle) tear or nerve injury.
  • Repeated coming out of its place is a sign of injury to the ligaments and joint capsule and needs early surgical repair(SHOULDER DISLOCATION).
  • Acute pain in the shoulder can occur due to Calcification in the muscle and Arthritis which can afflict the shoulder joint and also the junction of the collar bone and shoulder blade.
